ADF Secretary-General meets Sudanese Minister of Justice

ADF Secretary-General Mohsen Marzouk met Sudanese Minister of Justice His Excellency Mohamed B. Dosa and his companion Solicitor General and Deputy Prosecutor General Mr. Omer Ahmed Mohamed on 5th October 2010.
During the meeting, ADF Secretary-General presented ADF’s activities and programs, focusing mainly on those concerning democratic transition and mechanisms for implementing Transitional Justice in the Arab region.
His Excellency Mohamed B. Dosa expressed great interest in ADF’s activities and also in benefiting from the experience of ADF's working group of experts to train Sudanese cadres in the concept, practice, and methodology of Transitional Justice. The meeting, which also brought together Mr. Abdelmoniem Abutiffa, head of the Sudanese Community in Qatar, and Mr. Abdel Rahman Dosa, head of the Darfur Community Association in the Arabian Gulf, concluded with an agreement on future plans for cooperation between the two sides.
